Service and HR Manager

Service and HR Manager ensure the quality of service to our customers and the effective administration of company human resource practices and policies.

Service Operations

  • Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
  • Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
  • Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation, and monitoring departmental expenditures.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
  • Monitor tool inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops in order to ensure adequate working conditions.
  • Make accurate, detailed, and timely reports; initiate corrective action when appropriate.

Human Resources Administration

  • Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
  • Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
  • Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
  • Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings.
  • Confer with personnel, such as management, and customer service, to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, and identify and review resource needs.
  • Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
  • Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, test results, and personnel documentation such as applications, interview selection forms, and related documents.
  • Meet compliance regulations regarding personnel records.

Two to four years of proven HVAC work related experience. Must be able to establishes and creates successful partnerships with internal and external customers; team player; customer oriented
