    answerYES is a proud supporter of local theater, dollar for dollar it is one of the last redoubts of genuine value (along with diners and barber shops). Above is the full-page ad we did for the Curtain Call playbill. Honestly, we don’t do much print advertising for ourselves these days but it was fun returning to tradition.

    New online support community DivorceCandy offers content and services to help divorcees move on and stay positive. Leveraging social media as an integral part of their PR initiative, we created this Twitter  Revamp, Rejuvenate and Rebuild Sweepstakes that invited people to tweet their “life after divorce” stories for a chance to win prizes pertinent to the cause. The sweeps ran for 3 weeks in April with one winner per week. It generated over 500 entries, drove thousands of visits to the website, and grew Twitter followers into the triple digits.

    Selections for Senior Life launches new website designed to help care-givers find the right senior living community in Connecticut. We were hired to do the site development only, working closely with co-founders Karen Rasmussen and Susan Garland and their graphic designer. The result was this clean, search-friendly online presence.

    Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care of Southwestern CT has been providing home care nursing in lower Fairfield County since 1912, making it the oldest health care agency in the area. The guiding principal has been to provide compassionate care to those in need, regardless of financial circumstances, and it was with this same principal we applied to our design of the website.

    {Ed. Note 1/3/12: Sorry to report that after serving the local community for nearly 100 years the Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care of Southwestern CT has closed its doors due to cuts in Medicare and insurance reimbursements. VNHC transferred its patient load to Masonicare in November.}
