The classic ’80s video game Pac-Man turns 30 and to celebrate Google has created a playable Pac-Man logo doodle. According to Tony Wright, founder of business productivity software RescueTime, each visitor (who realized the logo was indeed playable) spent an extra 36 seconds on Google.com munching dots. This translates into 4.82 million hours or an estimated $120 million (assumes $25 per hour pay rate). Whether you believe this helps or hurts employee productivity is up for debate but for me, it is just nice to see Blinky, Inky, Pinky, and Clyde again.
